Mark B. Lyons
Attorney Mark B. Lyons is a founding partner of Lyons & Tzanoudakis, LLP. Attorney Lyons has been practicing law for thirty five years. He concentrates his practice in real estate, business, estate planning and estate administration.
Attorney Lyons is admitted to practice law in all courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is also admitted to appear before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Attorney Lyons is currently a Selectman in Topsfield. He has served as Chair for the Topsfield Finance Committee, as Chair of the Topsfield Elementary School Committee and as a Member of the Topsfield Planning Board. He is also currently a member of the Topsfield Town Hall Committee. He serves two charitable organizations: as Chair of Jewish Aid Worldwide and as a Director of the Human & Civil Rights Organization of America. Attorney Lyons is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Essex County Bar Association.
Melissa M. Tzanoudakis
Attorney Melissa M. Tzanoudakis is a founding partner of Lyons & Tzanoudakis, LLP. She holds licenses to practice law in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and New York, including Federal and State Courts. Attorney Tzanoudakis concentrates her practice in family law, real estate, business transactions, estate planning and administration, and related civil litigation.
Dedicated to upholding clients' rights, Attorney Tzanoudakis strives to preserve civility and congeniality in the legal profession. Her goal is to enhance the legal profession through client advocacy, community involvement and genuine sincerity, which shows in every aspect of her practice.
Whether a client is purchasing a home, incorporating a business, or managing the emotional difficulties of a divorce, she treats each client individually with professionalism and respect.
Attorney Tzanoudakis is actively involved in the community. She currently serves as a Selectman in the Town of Pepperell, and is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association. Attorney Tzanoudakis formerly served as a Member and Chair of the Pepperell Finance Committee and as a Member of the Pepperell Conservation Commission. She is also the former Chair of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys Women's Law Caucus, as well as a former Member of the Board of Directors for the North Shore Women Lawyers Association and former member of the legislative committee of the Real Estate Bar Association.
Tracy M. Conlon
Attorney Tracy M. Conlon is an Associate of Lyons and Tzanoudakis, LLP. She is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate, business and employment law and civil litigation. Attorney Conlon is admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and is a member of the Essex and Middlesex County Bar Associations, as well as the Real Estate Bar Association.
She is active in her community, having served as a former board member of the local elementary school parents organization and as a founding member of the Ad Hoc Committee for a proposed North Reading Dog Park. Attorney Conlon is a former paramedic and received her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School and her undergraduate degree from Bentley University.
Amanda F. Zoecklein
Attorney Amanda F. Zoecklein is an Associate of Lyons & Tzanoudakis, LLP. She is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts where she concentrates in estate planning, probate estate administration, contract review and negotiation, civil litigation and family law. She is admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Attorney Zoecklein is a member of the Greater Boston Family Law Inn of Court, the Essex County Bar Association and the North Shore Women Lawyers Association. She is also an active member of the community and is formerly a Member of the Middleton Recreation Commission. She received her legal education from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Charles G. Rancourt
Attorney Charles G. Rancourt is Of Counsel to Lyons & Tzanoudakis, LLP. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, the Federal District Court of Massachusetts and the United States Tax Court. Attorney Rancourt concentrates his practice on complex civil litigation, including construction, environmental contamination and professional negligence cases. Attorney Rancourt also represents clients in the areas of corporate and business law, commercial real estate leasing, sales and lending, motor vehicle and gasoline station franchises and the establishment of condominium developments.
Blending years of practice with Boston law firms and those in the suburbs has enabled Attorney Rancourt to achieve a number of substantial settlements and judgments for clients. He is especially proud that a number of his clients have relied upon him for legal services for over thirty years.
Attorney Rancourt graduated from Dartmouth College in 1967 and Boston College Law School in 1970. He was a former member of the Open Space Advisory Committee of the Town of Andover, member and chairman of the Andover Recreation/Community Schools Committee and member of the board of directors of the Better Business Bureau of the Merrimack Valley, Inc. He also served as a deputy sheriff of Middlesex County for twelve years in the area of crime prevention and was a member of the U. S. Army Reserve.
Robyn M. Gray
Robyn is a Legal Assistant and Office Manager at the Lyons & Tzanoudakis, LLP Pepperell office. After nearly twenty years as a Broker Assistant for a Pepperell Real Estate Broker, Robyn joined Lyons & Tzanoudakis, LLP. She contributes her knowledge and experience to our real estate matters while providing balance and structure to the office environment. A long time Pepperell resident, Robyn is active in local education and sports.
